Nucleon TFR – Revamped!

March 14, 2011

If we do not say. That you will not know. This is not a new bike.

Its life started as a Nucleon TFR with white main frame with black anodized rear swing arm and being shoot for in the year 2009 Nicolai Catalog. It was later shipped to Nicolai UK when its previous owner bought it in UK during one of his business trip. Few years down now, A Rohloff Equipped Nicolai Helius AM replaced the TFR in his heart and he knows that the TFR have to go.

Terrence took no chance and decided on his 2nd visit to this gem and decided on its future. A major revamped was planned out and we had many parts changed and replaced base on Terrence’s needs and likings. Not forgetting to strike a balance between weight and durability.

New Wheels running DTswiss 5.1 rims with butted black spokes. Matching the light weight DTswiss XR200 – As light as it could be for this intended usage, New Easton MonkeyLite XC bars matched with Thomson 4x stem mounted onto a 2011 X-fusion Vengeance 160mm front fork which offers a pretty complex adjust ability with rebound, High speed and low speed compression.

We have successfully given this new and possibly a better home and definitely a better owner whom will appreciate this Nucleon TFR too its fullest!

A stunning revamp / makeover. Seriously looks great…

Hope it is ridden the way it was built to be ridden, hard and fast…

My TFR is winging its way from New Zealand to a new UK owner as we speak….
