Nicolai Nucleon AM – G-Boxx Fantasy.

October 7, 2011

A fantasy that became reality. And the ability to choose everything the owner ever wanted since his teenage days, the kind of technology behind every part chosen specially for.

This build is one of the latest Nucleon AM we receive, in this unique Sky Blue and white color scheme. The same exact blue that has been used by the Gates Nicolai Team. And of course some Extra Love options in red to compliment the final look.

Best part of the build happens to be us getting extremely motivated to recieve that satisfied smile on Gary’s face whenever we have the bike build up progressively. He has become part of the team in creating this beau you see here.

Only the latest off the shelves- Cockpit from Easton Havoc, Magura Marta FR brake set, ChrisKing hubs. But when it comes to suspension, Gary is particular. Coming from motor racing back ground he understands and sets a very high minimum standard for what he gets. Hence the build was delayed for quite a while due to this 2012 BOS Idylle SC 180mm Coil fork for the front, and a custom tuned Fad free light weight Rockshox Vivid Air rear shock.

It may be his first full suspension bike. But Gary’s thought of having it to be the last he will need to own fits in to a Nicolai Nucleon AM. The G-boxx is extremely reliable with the application of a Rohloff hub’s planetary gear system. And the Technology is not new, but the imminent towards advance drive train technology.
